it's saturday! how i miss saturdays! seems like forever for saturday to come every week. haha!
dozed off yesterday in front of the computer. so woke up with the computer facing me. haha! washed up and had breakfast. switched on the laptop to check about the match i'm going to have later and left the house.
got to toa payoh mrt station around 10.30am. went to buy 100 plus and mentos. then went back to mrt station to wait while reading new paper and listening to music.
then zhu li came first, then peiling came next. xiao feng arrived a while later and waited for hui shan. she came after a while of waiting and we left to do our recee trip for sia's amazing race. went to several places. then went to bottle tree village at khatib. then saw a pool then one pool was empty. the other pool was full of super big fishes!
and peiling was saying omg all the while. haha! then walked around then went to some fishing area. then the rule wrote that at any one time, there can only be 5 fishes in the tank. then there was this boy, he got two tanks and the tanks full of fishes. bet there were at least 30 or so. then sat down and rest. then walked towards the playground. then xf and zhu li played with the swings. then later peiling went to play the swing, she was screaming when she's like only swinging about a few cm from the original position. haha! super funny!
then went for lunch at mac. sat there for ages i suppose. left for next station which was at sembawang. then xf brought us to some elderly fitness corner. then we were playing with the equipments there. and peiling was screaming when she tried every equipment. haha! wonder what's so scary about the equipments. haha!
left for woodlands. last station. went to library to discuss tasks. then end up have to leave cause meeting my soccer teammates at woodlands mrt station at 3.45pm cause we having match at 5pm later.
reach the match field. horrible condition. haha! looks so green and the surface seems flat. end up the field was super muddy and uneven. haha! got changed and did warm-ups.
then coach came. and the game started. was not starting the game. sat on the side of the pitch and watched. then around 30 minutes later. went into the game. made a few good touches and got a chance to shoot. was distracted by the false offside calls. so didn't have much power on the shot.
then conceded twice before half time. left the pitch trailing 2-0. then started the second half. got two chances, one a low ball which i had too much power on it and sent it over the bar. the other ball was a high ball. tried to lob the keeper but sent the ball wide instead. disappointing.
then end up flying after being challenged by someone. made a turn in the air and landed on my back. hurts.
then there was a chance to score. the keeper was running out. i was running towards the ball. then when i was about to get the ball, the keeper made a double-footed challenge. got a super hard blow on my left ankle. was sent flying in the air due to the impact of the tackle. felt like a gymnast cause i made two turns in the air and landed on my side. and then i felt my ankle was super pain. end up i was clutching my ankle with both hand. then with help from my teammate, i limping off the pitch. limped all the way back to where the substitutes were. felt better after a while. then saw our team score. haha! 2-1 was the final score. and we lost.
then was feeling quite fine on the way to the place where i placed my bag. end up when i removed my boots, the pain came. sharp, piercing pain in the ankle. then got changed, went back with one of my teammate. talked about the mistakes during the game and stuff. took the mrt home.
then was limping towards the mrt gantry. and i saw this black cat near the escalator i was coming down from. haha! wondered how it got in. but it's a rare sight.
then got home. showered. and got a pail of cold water and added ice. dipped my swollen ankle into the pail. the pain sort of subsided. but it still hurts now.
ate dinner. watch arsenal v manchester united. and man utd lost 2-1! the same scoreline which my team lost by. argh!
now blogging and chatting. feeling super tired and feel like sleeping. maybe i'll sleep soon. maybe. haha! xD
